Music for the children of the 1990s?

I try to remember the name of a film about the 1980s-2000s it There were three children, two boys and a daughter, a younger boy. They went on holiday with their aunt who just returned from Timbuktu. They went on a mountain and sang the song "She'll come round the mountain when she comes. They arrived at the house of this old man, where everything was implyed with music. buns shaped treble clef, piano stairs, a little man who played the washboard, harmonica and a drum, a room that she had piano keys and a mouse who lived ontop of a grandfather clock and sang "Hickory Dickory Dock". The culmination of all the film was when a hand was stolen from the grandfather clock. It ended up being the little man, because he wanted to be more appreciated. For the life of me I do not remember the name of it. Help please?
