Just home? Take the time you have as much as possible. Changing diapers. Add the tone, despite the obligations of work, you are here to be a player and be involved.

Play with your baby before leaving in the morning and just after your return. It was found that babies sleep longer when a parent plays with them overnight.

Look for solutions that allow you to spend time with your child. Be Creative. Figure how work at home, even once a week is better than nothing.

Bishop continued, "to find time to spend with baby is often an ongoing challenge for many working parents. Two thirds of fathers Boot Camp veteran indicated that they spend more time at home with their children if they were financially able to do so.
