What is key weighted electronic piano?
I see the piano that has weighted keys such as Yamaha's 88 piano keys. What meaning, the meaning and use of keys weighted?
In addition to feeling more like a piano keyboard weighted keys generally do a better job of entering notes on MIDI velocity. If you work with a sampler, a weighted keyboard button, you will be better able to control samples that instrument (for example, violins FF vs. MF or PP) are triggered if the samples are mapped to the speed of key groups (As opposed to the mod wheel or trigger key or any other method of organization)
